The feeling of security
In fact, the subjective feeling of safety seems to have a positive influence not only on our well-being, but also on our physical health.
We often feel safe when we interact with familiar people or are in familiar places. Sometimes, however, we also recognize safety in our own bodies or when we can rely on ourselves. This feeling of security seems particularly important in a world characterized by crises and change.
Accordingly, we also try to develop and evaluate programs and interventions to strengthen the feeling of security.
